Return Policy

In short

Returns: Return only if the unit has an actual physical or internal fault, raised within 7 days of delivery, in the same condition. A ₹500 shipping charge is deducted from the refund.
Warranty: Warranty is only what is stated on the product page or the invoice for that unit. Where nothing is stated, the item is sold without warranty.
Booked orders: A booked order must be collected within 30 working days of booking; after that it may be sold to another customer and the amount paid is not refunded.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

BOOKING:
Once the order is placed (booked), you have 30 working days to collect your order from the date of booking. If the product doesn’t get collected after the mentioned days, the product will be sold to someone else and the amount will not be refunded.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (7) days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in same condition when you purchased the gadget. Returns are only available if there is an actual physical or internal damage with the camera. Once the order is placed (booked), you have 30 working days to collect your order from the date of booking. If the product doesn’t get collected after the mentioned days, the product will be sold to someone else and the amount will not be refunded.

RETURN PROCESS

You just have to pack the product and make it ready for the shipping. Our Courier Person will take the packed product and hand it over to us in next couple of days to the following address:

Please note, Once we receive the items at our office and once checked and verified, we will initiate a refund and it should reach you in 1-3 working days. INR500.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. *Terms Applied.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (1-2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Not Liking the camera is not considered to be accepted as a reason to return the camera.
